E-Referrals Now Available
Brisbane Radiology now accepts electronic referrals via the Best Practice Network.
E-referrals offer a secure and efficient way to send referrals, helping streamline bookings and reduce administrative delays for both referrers and patients.
How It Works
Referrers can select Brisbane Radiology – within the Best Practice Network and submit referrals electronically. Our team receives the referral directly and contacts the patient to arrange their appointment.
Looking Ahead
We are continuing to enhance our digital referral capability and are currently working toward integration with additional medical software platforms, including Genie and Gentu, to further support referrers and improve workflow efficiency in the future.
Fax and email referrals remain available during this transition.

Our online image portal allows referring doctors secure and timely access to the images, reports and subsequent results of their patients anywhere, anytime. The Brisbane Radiology portal is compatible with the majority of web browsers and mobile devices, granting nationwide accessibility.

InteleViewer & InteleConnect
Brisbane Radiology offers referring clinicians secure, convenient access to patient imaging studies and reports through our state-of-the-art InteleViewer (desktop application) and InteleConnect (web and mobile platform).
InteleConnect is a web and iOS-compatible platform for clinicians using iPhone, iPad, or desktop. It provides quick, secure access to imaging studies and reports, including embedded key images in downloadable PDFs. Clinicians can log in using the same credentials as InteleViewer, with both platforms accessible via a single username and password.

To request access, please complete the link below with your provider or practice details. Once verified, your login credentials will be issued within 24 hours.

Break-Glass Access allows clinicians self-service access to view patient studies at Brisbane Radiology, even if you are not listed as the primary referrer. This ensures timely access in urgent or unplanned care situations.
